Today was the start of operation get fit, Claire, Jon & Willow (the dog) managed an early morning 5k and were back home before 7am. I hope I (Claire) get addicted to running although first signs aren't promising. Just over a week to go and things not going to plan. Carb loading, excellent progress, actual running or exercising very little achieved this week, prosecco, brandy & popcorn not helping the cause this evening. Tomorrow back on track, Park Run on Saturday to get me in the right frame of mind.
